The HRmonise suite is a web based system residing on a secure server that is maintained
and backed-up regularly.
User Access is controlled by the organisation’s authorised administrator who can
grant users full access or partial access. The partial access is fully customisable
to each user’s needs.
Features include...
- Access can be allocated at an “access point” which means users have access to edit
roles and/or employees below the “access point” in the organisational
- Separate permissions need to be allocated to each vacancy, protecting the confidentiality
of the applicants
- Access to the interview questions is restricted to authorised users only protecting
the integrity of the recruitment process
- Access to employee performance can be given to an “access point” or completely restricted
Performance data has an automatic locking system once the performance period is
complete. The data is accessible in a read-only format for historical reporting
and analysis.

Any reported breaches of security or suspicious
behaviour are deal with immediately by our security team. Incidences will be treated
as a critical priority and carefully checked, researched and analysed. HRmonise
