On generating a report you will notice that a toolbar with a number of icons is
displayed on the top of the report.
The report toolbar looks like this;

Each of the functionalities in the toolbar is discussed below.
1. Export –
click this icon to open the Export Options window:
a. Select the format in which to export the report. The list of options
you can select is shown below.
b. Enter the required page range, or select all
c. Click the OK button d. The File Download window will display.
e. Select whether to Open, Save or Cancel exporting the report.

2. Print - click this icon to
open the Print Options window:
a. Enter the required page range, or select all
b. Click the OK button
c. The Adobe Acrobat window opens
d. Click the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader Menu to print the report.

3. Show / Hide Group Tree –
select this icon to show a tree view of the reports generated.

The tree view can be used to locate a role directly instead of looking for the role
page by page. |
4. Navigation tools – select
the arrows to progress through the report: first, back, next, last. |
5. GoTo – enter the page number
in the box and click the GoTo icon to quickly navigate through the report.

6. Window Selector

7. Find – type a word into
the text box and click the Find icon (binoculars). The report will be searched for
the word entered.
Note: it is best to start the search on page one of the reports.

8. Size Selector –
select the percentage size to view.
