Performance Reports can be generated for different options. Different filters can
be used separately or in combination to produce the desired report.
To generate an Employee Performance Report, you will need to go to the Report Manager.
Report Manager can be selected from the left hand tree or from the top menu.
From the Report Manager you can select the Employee Performance report.
1. Check the filter and enter the parameters for your report. There are a number
of filters that can be selected.
a. Department / Role / Employee
i. Department
ii. Role Title
iii. Employee

b. Performance Framework Elements - These are the
frameworks against which the measures are weighed for a role and employee
i. Performance Area – these are the performance criteria that
are added to the role when doing the performance measures
ii. Performance Descriptor – describes the performance criteria.
iii. Performance Measure (is the word used in the screen capture)
– definition of the performance criteria.
Select the performance element you require at this level. The selections are independent
and cumulative. For example, selecting a descriptor will display results for that
descriptor and any definitions associated with the descriptor.

c. Actual Weighting Percentage - This option is used
to filter the actual performance on each criteria for employees within a defined
range. For example, you can filter to see which employees have achieved well on
which measures; say between 80% and 100% of their potential performance.

d. Performance Measure Weighting - This option is
used to filter by the performance weighting. For example, you can view performance
measures that have a weighting of 10% or higher.

e. S Actual Weighting
This option is used to filter by the total actual performance achieved by an employee.
For example, you can view employees who have not performed highly overall, say achieved
between 0% and 30% of potential.

f. Location - This options lets you filter by location.
It can be used in combination with say the department to better analyze performance.

g. Time Period - This option lets you specify the
time period you want to view in your report.
|

2. Click Generate Report to open the preview screen. See below a sample of the employee
performance report with the details of the selected filters.

3. The same Filtering Options also display above the Report Toolbar.
a. Review the report and edit the filters as necessary.
b. Click Refresh Report to display the report with the changed filters
i. The Filtering Options can be displayed or hidden by toggling
the [-]Hide Filtering Options or [+] Show Filtering Options link

4. Close the preview screen to return to the Report Window.
The report can be exported and printed according to the user preferences.
